Stine, who has Down syndrome, has followed her passion for art since 2015, when she started at the "Art School for Adults with Disabilities". Her work, which is particularly inspired by Danish films such as The Olsen Gang and The Bath Hotel, is primarily watercolors, where she gives photos – from the internet or her own pictures – her own personal expression.

Stine has exhibited in several places, both in Denmark and internationally, including Galerie Helth and Galerie Knud Grothe in Charlottenlund, Rundetaarn, Art Naif Festiwal in Poland, KAARISILTA Biennale in Finland and most recently Dansk Metal in Copenhagen. She has also had a private exhibition in the canteen where the actors from Badehotellet stay, arranged by film producer Michael Bille.
